Broadway Legacy Foundation is part of the Glocal Changemaker programme, The GCN enables representatives from eight organizations from South Africa and Germany to exchange ideas with colleagues and jointly develop projects in the field of global learning and youth work.

The training in Gqeberha includes workshops on topics such as the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and youth activation. After the training participants have five months to implement the jointly developed projects with young people in their organizations.

The project culminates in October 2024 with a second encounter in Berlin, where the representatives and young people will exchange their experiences and present their projects.

Throughout the process, participants will be supported by virtual coaching and mentoring from masifunde and regular digital meetings with all organizations are planned.
